Hand-fabricated bronze Mevia pendant on 30 inch gold-filled chain with adjustable hook closure.

The Mevia Pendant is inspired by a small leather scapular found at a flea market — a token of religious devotion. The earrings are called Mevia after the famous female Roman gladiator who fought with a spear. There's a lot of power in this pair of hammered bronze earrings.

Care:

Julie Cohn Design uses a special finish on bronze pieces which protects them from tarnishing and discoloring your skin. They recommend using a clean cloth to restore luster on the pieces. Do not use any chemical or polishing solutions on the jewelry. Store your jewelry in a dry place away from water and moisture. Occasionally, the bronze will begin to tarnish depending on your environment. If this happens, please return to Julie Cohn Design and they will refinish your jewelry at no charge.
