Max1 was Heller's premier product when the company launched in 1971. The cutting edge design was quickly recognized as a classic in the canon of modern design and added to the Museum of Modern Art's permanent collection. This honor was quickly followed by being awarded Italy's most prestigious design award the Compasso d'Oro. Fifty-three years later Heller is reintroducing Lella and Massimo Vignelli's celebrated design in its original color and material for the ultimate dining experience.
Since 1971, Heller has created a simple paradigm: industrial production that offers good design at affordable prices. They collaborate with the world's finest designers to create beautiful, timeless pieces that grace museums, offices, restaurants, and homes worldwide. Their journey began with Massimo Vignelli's iconic stacking dinnerware—now in MoMA's permanent collection. By 1998, they launched our furniture division with Mario Bellini's Compasso d'Oro-winning chair, continuing their legacy of excellence through partnerships with visionaries like Frank Gehry, Philippe Starck, and Lella Vignelli. In-Store Returns
Most items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Items must be in the same condition that you received them; unworn or unused; with tags; and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please see below for ineligible items.
