The Stacking Planter discretely integrates both a planter and saucer into one form. Lift out the bottom ring to reveal a hidden saucer. The circular stoneware form takes its inspiration from high voltage ceramic insulators found on power lines.
About the Designers
Chen Chen & Kai Williams is a New York-based design studio working in furniture, products, interiors and mixed materials. The company was first established as an experimental design space in 2011 by Pratt graduates Chen Chen and Kai Williams - their work backgrounds undoubtedly contributing to their playful, yet functional products (Chen through his time at the former New York concept store Moss and Williams with his experience at Tom Sachs’ studio).
Currently operating in the commercial and art/design markets, Chen Chen & Kai Williams encourages new ways of design thinking. Illustrated through their real fruit-molded, Stone Fruit Planters and utilitarian Third Eye Vessels to one of a kind Resin Benches and towering Warp Core floor lights.
Past clients include Études Studio, Baggu and Mission Chinese, while presentations of their work have been held at the Museum of Art and Design (USA) and the Venice Architecture Biennale (Italy).

Custom Fine Art Prints
Made-to-order reproductions are custom printed on demand and are nonreturnable. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks production time. These items ship from Oregon and are not available for in-store pickup.
In-Store Returns
Most items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Items must be in the same condition that you received them; unworn or unused; with tags; and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please see below for ineligible items.

Return shipping charges are at your own expense and are nonrefundable unless the item was received damaged or faulty, or an incorrect item was shipped. Please be sure to have a tracking number for the return shipment.
