Luminous colors for a rainy day. This retractable umbrella is printed with an adaptation of Claude Monet's 
The Japanese Footbridge painted in 1899. Monet moved to Giverny in 1883 and built the lily pond from a swamp that was on the property. He was inspired by the Japanese culture's closeness to nature and began to to paint this theme over and over again for the next twenty-five years.
